4. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure perfect condition on arrival. Delicate items (sarees, embroidered suits) are wrapped in tissue and protective covers.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery date. We will raise a complaint with the courier and issue a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days after investigation.
